NEW FRONTIER ARMORY 80% LOWER COMPLETION JIG AR-15 / AR-9
MPN: 80-JIG

YES! This jig works with New Frontiers C-4, C-9, C-45, C-5, and G-15 80% Lowers and all other "Mil-Spec" 80% lowers on the market! This kit may not work with "Billet" that have unique dimensions or offsets.

The New Frontier Armory Complete 80% Jig Kit is all you need to complete the final machining process to turn your 80% AR-15 Receiver into a working stripped lower receiver. You will need to provide the following drill bits: 3/8”, 5/32”, 1/8”, 7/16”.

Includes:
-Left and Right side fixture plates / vice jaws
-Three top plate templates
-All hardware necessary to secure jig and top plate
- MADE IN THE USA by hard working American men and women

Because of the importance of the alignment pin, it will be an extremely tight fit in the bolt catch detent and spring hole. You may have to drill the hole in your lower larger or sand down the pin for an easier removal but you should keep a very snug fit. The hole in the lower may feel smaller after different finishing methods such as tumbling, blasting, coating, etc.

NOTE: ALL BATFE / NFA RULES APPLY — New Frontier Armory LLC is not responsible for any city, county, state, or federal laws that you do not comply with when using this jig to finish your receiver.

5 of 5 New Frontier 80% jig June 7, 2023

The jig is basic but we'll made and works well with an end mill. All the parts fit well and are configured to complete any standard AR 15 lower. I have not tried it using the drill press option.

3 of 5 Milling Jig April 25, 2023
Reviewer: Greg from OH United States
I works good as a milling jig but as a drill jig, no so much.  Once you get past drilling all the 1/8" holes and switch to the larger bits to hog out the cavity, there is no way those bits can track and will skip all other the place.  I switched to the vertical mill much earlier than I thought I would with this jig.  Also, the two 1/4-20 screws that hold the side plates together need to be much longer as the top one barely makes it into the opposing plate and when clamping the jig in a mill vise, the screw popped right out of the thread.  I bought a 2.5" 1/4-20 bolt to fix the issue.

Ghost Gun Jigs Reply: Greg, moving slowly with patience and lots of lubricant is the key!
Thank you for your business and your feedback!
