I works good as a milling jig but as a drill jig, no so much. Once you get past drilling all the 1/8" holes and switch to the larger bits to hog out the cavity, there is no way those bits can track and will skip all other the place. I switched to the vertical mill much earlier than I thought I would with this jig. Also, the two 1/4-20 screws that hold the side plates together need to be much longer as the top one barely makes it into the opposing plate and when clamping the jig in a mill vise, the screw popped right out of the thread. I bought a 2.5" 1/4-20 bolt to fix the issue. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ghost Gun Jigs Reply: Greg, moving slowly with patience and lots of lubricant is the key!
