Guide Rod Channel Jig
Uses 7/16 Drill Bit - Not Included
This jig will work with P80 76% AND 80% G19 - G17 unfinished frames

✅ Guide Rod Channel
  • Insert the jig into the channel.
  • Tape the jig securely in place.
  • Insert a 7/16" drill bit. A tight fit is normal.

5 of 5 Guide Rod Channel Jig OK for Geisler Frame November 25, 2025

Although designed for Polymer80, it worked OK for my Geisler Defence 1917 frame.
I went slowly, using an inexpensive ViaGasaFamido Hand Drill from Amazon.
A lot easier than filing/sanding manually!
