Replacement for P80-JIG-C Includes Guide Rod Channel Jig This jig will work with P80 76% AND 80% unfinished frames. This replacement jig has all (4) holes to complete the 76% frames. A drill press is recommended but a hand drill can be used. Drill bit guides will assist in keeping the bit vertical. Compatible with Polymer80 G19 / G23 Standard P80-PF940CV1, P80-BKC, P80-BKC76, and P80-FOBC frames.*One time use jig. Tolerances will be altered after each use. A new jig should be used for each frame. Includes:
- Compact 4 Hole Finishing Jig
- M3 and M4 Drill Bits
- M3 and M4 Drill Bit Guides
- Guide Rod Channel Jig - Uses 7/16 Drill Bit not included
- (4) Screws to secure jig to frame - Uses 2.5mm Allen Wrench not included

Precision Jig Installation:
✅ Install the Jig Plates
- Affix
both the left and right jig plates securely to the frame.
✅ Prepare the Left Jig Plate
- Insert
four (4) nuts into the designated recesses on the left jig plate.
✅ Prepare the Right Jig Plate
- Thread
four (4) screws into the right jig plate.
- Note:
The screws will not fall freely; the holes are undersized to ensure
precise alignment.
- Hold
both plates firmly together while threading.
- Do not
fully tighten at this stage.
✅ Tighten the Assembly
- Once
the screws are threaded into the nuts, gradually tighten all screws,
rotating each one full turn at a time.
- Continue
in an X pattern until the plates are firmly pressed together.
- Caution:
Avoid overtightening.
✅ Secure the Frame
- Clamp
the frame and jig securely to the drill press or workstation.
- Ensure
the assembly is fully stabilized.
✅ Prepare the Drill Bit
- Insert
the drill bit into the guide; a tight fit is normal.
- Adjust
the bit until approximately 1/8 inch extends below the guide.
✅ Verify Alignment
- Confirm
that the drill guide sits flat against the jig before drilling.
- Use the appropriate Guide for each hole. Guide 3 should be used for the holes marked "3" etc.
- Drill
carefully, completing one side at a time. Do not drill straight through.
✅ Drilling Best Practices
- Drill
Press: Ensure the table is perfectly level.
- Hand
Drill: Keep the drill perfectly vertical.
- Tip:
Enlist an assistant to help verify left-to-right and front-to-back
alignment.
✅ Guide Rod Channel - Insert the jig into the channel.
- Tape the jig securely in place.
- Insert a 7/16" drill bit. A tight fit is normal.
